If you are unhappy with a service you have received please let me know within 7 days and I will “fix it” for you at my soonest available appt. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appt will be charged up to 50% of scheduled service(s). I understand life happens to all of us, however when I am given short notice I’m unable to fill your appt slot with another client. If you no show to your appt your appt you may be charged up to 75% of scheduled service(s). *Cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file or sent via invoice. No future appts or appt requests will be accepted until payment is made.* *All deposits are non-refundable.*Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you no-show you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will be asked for a deposit for future requested services. If you are over 10 minutes late to your scheduled service appt it will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
